because it's something that I've been working on for a long time.

I always tell you guys that there are some stories that really stay with me, and this is one of them.

It's the subject of the new docu-series on who Lou called,

Cactus Audience, which is about the Steiner family.

But this story really begins with the 1989 mini series.

I know my first name is Steven, which told the true story about the kidnapping of a child named Steven Steiner.

The two-part series, Erid and May, and was watched by 40 million people.

I've personally probably watched it 25 times.

It's a story that is stayed with me since I watched it on live television as a little girl.

Nominated for a Golden Globe and Four Emmys, including Outstanding Mini Series and Supporting Actor in a mini series,

or a special for then 17-year-old Coronemick, thanks to his heart-wrenching turn as Steven.

The new Who Lou docu-series captive audience, a real American horror story,

takes an intimate look at a tragic and terrifying saga about the Steiner's,

a family with five children in Merced California that experienced the unthinkable and twice,

two immeasurably tragic stories.

On December 4, 1972, seven-year-old Steven was abducted by child molester Kenneth Parnell,

and at each 14 he managed to escape with another of Parnell's victims, Timothy White.

And then Steven's older brother, Carrie, was convicted of the murders of four women between February and July of 1999,

near Yosemite National Park.
