Best gift I've ever received has to be a bike when I was younger, a pedal bike.

It was a sort of slick little road bike and I remember it was all like, it was so, it was all wrapped up,

it was so obvious what it was obviously because nothing's shaped like a bike and I had a little ribbon on it and I was so

a guest. For that was a life changer and I'm still sort of big on cycling around my area now so, for that one change me a little.

So we get a lot of notes, emails, letters from listeners which we always appreciate and there's just so you know,

there's way more of you than there is of me. So sometimes we have help that helps us kind of read your stuff and try to get it to us but a Jeffrey send a letter to Mike Calut who's you know,

one of our preachers that did before, preachers with me and I really appreciate the note and he's currently serving in the armed forces.

He was a Marine early in his life, nice in the Air Force and he just told a really neat story. I'm not read the whole story obviously on air but he just shared about what the podcast how it reached to he was deployed and it was during the pandemic.

So you know, he's already 7,000 miles away and then he's quarantined on top of that and he found our podcast and he was just kind of in a dry place spiritually, you know, just to kind of grown up and not been close to it but it really spoke to him.

So that connected in them to our live stream and so it's just changed here in his family's life and he just shared some really cool things in there and we get a lot of military coins from from vets and people that are currently serving and by the way we appreciate everybody service to our country.

But he said one that was unique because it wasn't necessarily military coin but it's it's fruit of the spirit is the coin and then on the back at lists the fruits and he sent all of us one and I just wanted to I know you're probably listening and he's deployed right now.

And so I just want to tell you if we got your note we got your coins and you know I love your heart I love the way you've allowed God to use this platform to change you and so and I know there's a lot of other people out there that kind of have the same story so we're very humbled that God has put us in this position.

And so I said before that blaze you know dad had a show how they started dad had a show called in the woods and it was great as a video blog and just kind of the day in the life of Phil you know stuff he does on the property and but it always had a spiritual gift to it.

And blaze has been a great partner for us and you know they they approached us and said hey you know we want you guys to do a podcast and we want it to be about the Bible and I was like yeah we got that we can we can that's kind of in our bangs though Dave you know we we can try what I think what's powerful about that is even where we're at

in 2010 because it has a almost a military feel when he get when Paul gets into that the weapons we fight with are not of the world and in different different places in

their verse I think someone Flemen it says something about being a soldier.

That's first Paul to Timothy. I thought it was Flemen. I'd be in both. I literally have not thought of this verse. It's on the right hand.

Yeah well he wasn't talking militarily he was talking about same thing this soldier was yeah the person who the power of God is showing love joy peace patients kindness goodness.
