My favorite part of buying a house is the part where you write a check with all the money

that you've ever had in the entire world and then it's just gone.

And they don't provide you any security to take it to where you're supposed to go.

You have to get it there.

Money in that amounts belongs in armored trucks.

Yes, there are two kinds of checks.

There's the fake kind of check where you just say you have the money and then there's

a big bunch of verification on the back end that happens when you hand it over.

Then there's the other super check where they do all the checking up front and then they

just give you a piece of paper where you food dropped it in the sewer.

It would be pretty hard to get a new one.

Thankfully none of that happened to us.
