I think that the holidays feel like frozen noses. I love walking with the dog for long periods of time.

Hopefully it's snowing and you've got to wrap up warm. So I think a frozen nose is

then sweaty armpits because like you're wrapped up so warm but then you're climbing hamps

and heath and you get to the top and you're like and then you can see the breath

but then your nose is still freezing to touch.

I am on a change. What about you?

So one of the things that I was thinking about,

just recently is that you know how many people down here in Alabama because I'm still at the layer.

One of my greatest opportunities to have spiritual discussions is they know that I preach and they know our family most of them.

So they ask me all the time about praying for them.

Which is really great because it just kind of opens that door.

Then to not only talk about something's going on, maybe it's a family member, maybe it's a mysick,

or it makes a job opportunity.

It just opens that door to talk about Jesus or what's going on.

Tell me about this person and it just ministry and grace, season, was all type of opportunities to talk people.

It's always struck me that prayer is something that's simple and yet it's profound at the same time because it's like this conversation.

When I think about the show, so many people tell me they're like, you know, tell me why they love the show.

I love Uncle Sight, I love Jace, I love your dad, I respect your dad.

But then they always mention the prayer at the end.

I love telling the story about how it came to be because I remember at least when I were participating in the pilot

we wound up not coming on the show until later because it was so encompassing. I didn't realize it was going to take pretty much be full time job.
