Welcome back to another episode of Reality Life with KKC, hoping you had a great weekend.

I mean, with the Olympics and the Super Bowl, I mean, I don't know how much time you actually

spent inside because I feel like when events like that happen, everybody wants to go outside

and throw the football around, go for a run, they want to pretend that there was a moment

in their life where they had the possibility of becoming an Olympic athlete.

Or at least I live in that space all the time.

When we were kids, we would watch the Olympics and my sister and I, we were pretty aware

of the fact that it wasn't going to happen for the two of us, given our family's situation.

And we did think to ourselves, maybe one of us will have a child that goes on to an Olympic

medal and we can sit in the stands and cry our faces off as the cameras, you know, hand

over us and with handheld signs and all of that.

I remember so much the Los Angeles Olympics when I was so little and I remember talking

to my husband about it when we were dating and he said, oh, my parents took me to that

because he grew up in Orange County.

I was like, what?

You were at the Olympics in Los Angeles.

He's like, yeah, Freak, why are you having a meltdown?

...
