I love my kid, but is a new comedy parenting podcast from Wondry that shares a refreshingly

0:05.3

honest and insightful take on parenting. Each week, the host will share a parenting story that'll

0:10.1

have you laughing and thinking, yes, I have absolutely been there. Listen to, I love my kid,

Welcome back to another week's episode of Reality Life with Kate Casey. So it's Thursday night,

0:31.5

and I'm really excited because there are two interesting shows on tonight. One is called

0:36.3

Boy Band, and it's hosted by Rita Ora, Nick Carter, Emma Button, Bunton from The Spice Girls,

0:44.0

and Timberland, and they are choosing the next Boy Band, and it just makes me realize that

1:08.3

She was always my favorite. And then the other really cool show that's on tonight is

1:12.8

Battle of the Network Stars, which I'm a little bit obsessed with. It used to be a staple in the

1:17.1

70s and the 80s, where actors from three major networks would compete in Field Day style obstacle

1:23.2

courses. And this year's show has two teams. They have former TV stars, including Dave Couier,

1:31.6

who is incredibly annoying. I do not find him funny at all, and I want to basically throw

1:36.5

punch on my sim. Bronson Pinchot, who was bulky from Perfect Strangers. Tom Arnold, who's hilarious.

1:44.1

Joey Lawrence, who I think I've told the story before, I found out his number when I was in

1:48.9

middle school and called and left a voice mall at his house in Philadelphia. I'm really eager to see

1:53.8

if he wears a beanie the entire show, because I feel like he has not completely embraced the

1:58.5

fact that he has no hair. He's very cute and doesn't need to wear those stupid beenies, but we'll
