I am so excited to be back with you.

with Amanda podcast, the podcast for anyone and everyone no matter what era you are in. Oh, I am so excited to be back

with you. I have so much to share with you. Life has been an absolute whirlwind of things,

and it has tugged at my heart and devastated me not to be able to sit down and talk with you.

So grab your coffee, grab your kombucha, grab your Coca-Cola, okay, even if it's a can

and it's not from McDonald's, grab it, and let's sit and let's have some time together, okay?

There is so much going on in life and I have so much to share and I am so excited for the new episodes that we're going to be doing together.

We're going to be spending time together.

So as this new school year kicks off, for those of you who are back in school, welcome back to school, baby.

Okay, this is your year.

Write it on a post-it. And for those of you who aren't back to school yet, such as we are not

back to school yet, we don't go back till after Labor Day, welcome to that tail end of the glorious

summer sunset is what I like to call it, when the sun starts to slowly set on the summer.

But can we be honest, where did that go? No, but for real, have you seen that gift, that gift online

where it says like the year went January,

February, March, April, May, June, July, August? Because that's how I feel. I feel like swim season

went faster this year. Can we just chat about the fact that all three tiny queens were swimming

this year? I can't even fathom that. Got a new therapist. So much to share

there. I know we've shared some, but like moving into where we are at with that and what that's
