decided we're going to do this Q and a stop rep radio special edition and I really thought of it because it was like,

this is my last show before I go away for a quick break for a week and I figured

we've got a few emails bang them out, but to my surprise, to my pleasant surprise we got quite a bit of

emails we're not even able to cover everything because beyond the emails I got

like DMs on Instagram and comments on Instagram with questions and it's just

overwhelming which is great I mean I expected to get I don't know maybe 10 to 12 emails

and we got way more than that so with that I guess we'll get right into it.
