Okay, you guys, today is a little bit of a different episode.

Julie is unfortunately unable to join us, but I am here with the only other person I would want to recap the Love Island reunion with.

Gives and John's host of the Gabbing with Gibb podcast, friend of the pod,

and friend in real life. There are very few people I would feel comfortable texting, SOS. I need you to come on

and record a podcast with me at 11 p.m. And there are even fewer people who would immediately say yes.

So we're here. We're doing it. We're delirious, we don't really know what's going

on. But Gibson, I am so happy to have you. Listen, there's nobody else I would do this for,

but I'm doing it for you. And it's funny because the reunion dropped a little early, like probably

845 or whatever. And you text me and you go, it's it's two hours I go you're fucking with me there's no way

this bullshit is two hours and yet see because we were supposed to do this an hour ago because

like in a world that makes sense the love island reunion is an hour well the thing julie isval and I always say is that because it's just the three of us, we can record whenever. You know, it doesn't matter if we're going on at odd hours. But typically when you have a guest, you're trying to work around their schedule and be respectful of their timing. So the fact that already I had said to you, like, this is the only night that works, you were already doing a mitzvah when that

mitzvah then turned into almost midnight and you still didn't even flinch. That's when I said to

myself, yeah, we are in it for the long haul here. We are. This is the business. We're in deep.

And if it means signing on for a blackluster reunion, like let's just fucking do it, let's just fucking do it.

I mean, kicking it off, and I said this to Gibson before we even started recording,

I don't know how you guys feel, but if I am being my most honest,

I was overwhelmingly underwhelmed by this.
