Join me on the podcast this week to discover why panicking right now is nothing to be ashamed of, and how you can move towards thoughts and emotions that will serve you and your family during this time. Hey there, welcome back to another episode of the podcast. I want to do something a little bit different

0:38.9

this week, and that's based on what's going on in my life, and I'm pretty certain what's going on

0:45.5

in your life as we deal with the coronavirus. My weekend started out a little bit differently

0:53.1

than I had expected. I'm pretty sure this echoes

0:56.9

stories that are familiar to you and in your life, but we were supposed to head out to a big

1:46.4

coaching friends got canceled. It was in New York in early May. That got canceled. And schools are

1:52.4

shutting down, all the things, right? We're all seeing it on the news. I'm getting a lot of

1:57.0

requests for coaching based on everybody's thoughts and feelings about the whole thing.

2:01.6

And so I just wanted to do what I hope will be a really useful episode to you,

2:06.9

whether it's coronavirus that you're worried about, or if it's years later that you listen to

2:12.5

this episode and things in your world just seem crazy. I want to help you with that. I also want to offer,

2:20.3

before we get going, a little perspective. You are probably listening to this podcast because you're a
