So yeah, Jim Norton started, I guess we were all 10, we were in fourth grade and I guess

like, you know, the nervous new kid, you've been the new kid in school and you know, the

new kid, everybody's either going to like make fun of him or he's got to react real quickly.

And so he started this being like hilarious.

And like from day one, we said you're going to be a comedian.

And then it was really surprising to me.

He's talking on the podcast how he started bombing when he first started being a standup.

And I was like, Jim, I don't understand.

Like you were like the guy like you were 80 times funnier than anyone else in school.

How could you bond a bomb?

And he made their interesting point that he was just going up there and telling jokes

and that you really have to know the audience.

He was saying also that your relationships is what you have with people are, they know

you.

So it's like it's already informed.

What do you mean?

The relationship you have with people.

So they get it.

So like, when you go up in front of audience, they don't know you.
