I have maybe never felt more ready to record an episode than this one.

No, I have been waiting for this moment since we were sitting on your couch Thursday night watching the BFFs episode.

I think seven seconds after it came out. Yeah, I don't think you guys understand how deep in we are on

this. It's not one of those things where we studied up in order to be able to record a podcast

on it. It's like we happen to be recording a podcast on a subject that we are so fucking

informed on. Well, there is an interesting element

of that for us, which is, like you said, we're very informed on this topic, but it's not

something that we ever would have really spoken about unless Brianna came out with it first,

as she did in this episode. But I think there is something like almost relieving about the ability to put this much.

I don't even want to say knowledge somewhere because, yes, some of it is knowledge,

but a lot of it is also just like purely our own observations.

And that's part of the reason that we wouldn't have spoken about it previously because

it's kind of something where it's like us speculating in our own time. And that's not like

appropriate really to bring to an episode without anything to back it up or like a person's

own narrative. And so Brianna coming out with this episode and talking about a lot of the

things that we had been speculating amongst ourselves gives us a place to put all of

the thoughts and opinions that we would have otherwise just kept to ourselves. Exactly. It's like,

okay, do you guys remember two weeks ago? It was after they had broken up, he posted the story,

she posted the story. We touched on it briefly. I want to say that section was maybe five minutes.
