I'm your co-host Peter and I am Dustin and today we are super stoked for our guests.

We are going to be interviewing.

I actually met her about I would say about a week ago to a week and a half ago at one

of our flag football games, Dustin's known her for a little bit longer and they have more

of a relationship but it's just an all around great person.

You guys are going to absolutely love her.

Very, very active in this beautiful city and Dustin you can probably tell people a little

bit more about her.

Yeah, Just Woods is a dear friend of mine, one of the most caring, active people I know.

She is a total beast in the running community.

So a little bit about Just Woods is she is a Nike running coach.

Carol and Ultra head coach for Brooklyn Track Club worked for eight and a half years

in broadcasting until becoming a runner and a running coach full time.

And this is the insane part right here, completed 18, 18 Ultra Marathons since 2012.

She's not done yet.

She's still going.

She just getting started.
