I have been traveling so much for work. I've been going home to see my family.

I went on a vacation, a very well-needed and deserved vacation.

I will say, and I got back yesterday from vacation and Dave and the BFFs team were like,

you should come to Miami this week for the BFFs recording. It's always last minute because Josh is in

Miami too. We were just like, our videos in the podcast does better when we're actually in person

together. So I'm running on like zero hours of sleep and you know when you're just like

slap happy and everything is so funny to you and just life kind of feels good even though it's

like it should feel shitty. That's how I'm feeling right now. In this week's episode, we have a lot

of like TikTok and like social media drama to cover, but I wanted to do something different this

week. I went on TikTok and I posted a TikTok saying, give me your craziest topics. Like random

shit you want me to like give my hot takes on and just like outlandish shit because I don't want

it to just be so serious in like, I don't know, like a depressing podcast or we're just talking

about headlines and like my depressing life. So I got some fucking amazing responses. So we're

gonna go over everything going on in social media right now. We need to talk about dirty dom. He made

a like return to social media and it's horrifying. Nessa and Josh are like done forever,

which I think we should touch on a little and Addison raised like appearance on keeping up with
