named Jerry Taylor, who has tried to make a conservative case for a carbon tax. And Bob Murphy is

not buying. So we're going to look at this whole debate, which is very important because if such attacks were to be imposed, well, the consequences would be not very good, to put it mildly.

He holds a PhD in economics from New York University. He's the author of
