0:47.0	Yes, well, as we are recording, we are wrapping up middle grade March.
0:51.4	It's a month that many readers of all ages devote to reading and discussing middle grade books.
0:59.3	So we know that you all probably won't hear this conversation until April, but that's okay,
1:03.8	because middle grade books deserve the hype every month of the year, right, Katie?
1:08.4	Yes, they do. They add so much to our bookish life, I think. Yes, they really do.
1:13.2	We're going to talk a little bit more about that. But if you have listened to my other conversations
1:17.6	with Katie here on sort of awesome, you know that one of the things that Katie and I have in
1:22.0	common is that we both love middle grade literature. We both have been classroom teachers,
1:27.6	Katie currently is a classroom teacher. And so this hits where you are on the daily, right, Katie?
1:34.7	Yes. And lots of the books I brought today are ones that I have been reading with my students.
1:39.7	Oh, good. I love that. I love that. So Katie also is a middle grade author.
1:45.6	Has two middle grade books, remind us of those titles, Katie?
1:49.6	Yes. My story here is the first one that was published and then hand in hand was the second one.
