Welcome back to The Tiffany Han Show.

This is none other than Tiffany Han. I'm so glad that you're here. Cannot wait to dive in with you today. We are going to be talking about the bowl, the dentist, and the mistake.

What could you mean by that? And where I want to go with this is thinking about grace and faith in action

and also thinking about giving ourselves permission to figure things out as we go. One of the things that I

have taught for years in my Raise Your Hands, Say Yes, Center Circle, which is being retired this year,

if you can believe that,

is the idea of a growth mindset. And this is really epitomized in Carol Dweck's work. That's where

it originated. And you can find out more in her book, Mindset, which I will link to in the show

notes, if you want to check that out. And growth mindset is really all

about letting yourself learn, knowing that you don't have to have everything figured out

from the beginning, knowing that it's not necessarily your job to prove what you're capable of,

and instead letting anything that you undertake be a process of constant learning, constant evolution,

really trusting that you'll figure things out as you go and knowing that if you make

mistakes, if something doesn't go right, that's okay because these specifics don't define

you, right? So there is this willingness to say yes to learning in a different way,

showing up in a different way. And growth mindset, I think is critical in all of us saying yes to
