0:03.2	warning that Russia has no restraints, not even moral ones,
0:06.2	to stop them from cutting the deep sea cables.
0:08.4	And NATO saying that Russia has been mapping the cables
0:10.6	and they believe they're planning an attack like this.
0:12.8	And notably if Russia were to cut the cables, I mean it could kill the economies of the

0:17.8	Russia's also been jamming GPS across parts of Europe, causing chaos for commercial airlines.

0:34.5	So if Russia cuts train cords and France interferes in America's elections,
0:38.0	GPS jams, Estonia and sabotage as a factory in Germany, that can be Article 5.
0:42.4	It just really depends on how pissed off the allies are but the number of people saying the change is NATO saying fuck around and find out and kind of a continuation of the macron doctrine which is that we shouldn't tell Russia what the consequences of certain actions are
0:53.8	anymore to deter them from further provocation.
