| 0:26.7 | and said that they were pretty helpful for her trip planning to the parks. And she just got back from a |

| 0:37.3 | some observations |
| 0:38.0 | she had that she thought would be really helpful for folks as they're planning their vacation. |
| 0:41.4 | So welcome, Ashley. |
| 0:42.7 | Well, thank you for having me. |
| 0:44.1 | Yeah, thanks for reaching out. It's always great to connect with folks who listen to the podcast. |
| 0:47.5 | So you were down at Magic Kingdom from the 12th through the 17th and stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge at Kadani. Is that right? That is correct. We had some DVC points that were about to expire, so it was either lose the points or go down on a trip. Well, that's great. And so how are things at Kadani Village? What was the check-in like? And, you know, how did things seem, listen to the other episodes and so heard some of the observations other folks had, but what were your observations about Kadani? It was very slick. |
| 1:14.5 | You know, checking with my Disney experience was very helpful and we were able to go to the room. Actually before 4 o'clock, which I have heard in the past, a lot of rooms were already right at 4 o'clock. We arrived Orlando by Southwest Airlines around noon. And by the time we got to the Walt Disney World property, the room was already ready. So we were able to drop our bags off and then head over to our first park, which was upcut that day. That's great. And so who was with you on the trip? It was my husband and our two sons, eight and five. Awesome. And you guys traveled in from Iowa, I think you said before the show. That's correct. I should ask, how was it getting there? I heard from a few listeners that felt really safe once they were inside the Disney bubble, but actually traveling there felt a little iffy to them. How was it for you? And we felt pretty secure. We selected Southwest Airlines because we only had to have one stop and we were actually able to stay on the plane in |
| 2:01.5 | St. Louis. And so we did not have to have a layover in another airport to minimize exposure. |
| 2:06.1 | Southwest is still allowing middle seats to be empty through the end of September. So I felt |
| 2:10.6 | comfortable with the policies that mask were required as well as the open middle seat to allow |
| 2:15.8 | my family to travel down by air instead of driving. |
| 2:18.9 | What was it like once you got into Orlando? |
| 2:21.2 | Orlando, I've never seen MCO that empty. |
| 2:24.3 | We were looking at the line for TSA and it was five to seven minutes. |
| 2:28.9 | I don't think I've ever seen a low number like that. |
