Yeah, we get a lot of questions about this and it seems like, especially since it's associated with coffee for a lot of people, it kind of becomes one of those things like, well, yeah, I need to have that. I can't really give it up. Don't ask me to.

But, you know, we've seen it come in direct conflict with some people's you know customized fasting schedules and and their fat loss goals and and everything related
