Summary

I just wrapped a call with my ROI students where this exact question surfaced twice: "Am I fooling myself?" Whether it's believing you could build a successful business or wondering if that next big investment will finally be the breakthrough, this fear of being disconnected from reality creates a spiral that keeps you stuck.

Join me this week to hear how I’ve discovered that the question itself, “Am I fooling myself?” is the problem. You'll discover how to evaluate investments without getting seduced by grand visions, the difference between healthy skepticism and self-sabotage, and most importantly, how to transform this paralyzing doubt into actionable clarity.

0:51.0

know about the entrepreneur series is this is a place for me to come and express my creativity and have no rules or regulations for myself and immerse myself

1:01.6

in teaching and coaching on a topic. And we even have this on the sales page. The calls are 90

1:08.3

minutes. But sometimes we go over and I just did a two hour and 10

1:13.5

minute call. I was actually surprised when I looked at the time. I was like, oh, shit. I went a little over.

1:21.9

But it was so amazing. I taught for the first 90 minutes. And then I coached for another hour and 10 minutes. And I got

through several people. It was so amazing. And each person brought something that added to the

1:38.1

conversation that wasn't planned or that was a reinforcement of the conversation or a different

1:43.2

angle of the conversation.

1:44.5

And so I really love to include that. And so on the very final person who raised their hand,

1:52.7

the question came up. Actually, this happened in two of the coaching. So two of the people mentioned,

1:57.4

am I fooling myself when it comes to my business and when it comes to investments?

2:04.1

So am I fooling myself that I could be as successful as I imagine myself to be? I have this

2:08.3

version of myself that I see that could be really successful, but am I fooling myself to believe

2:12.3

I'm capable of that? Or am I fooling myself when I sign up for this thing that I could actually accomplish this

2:19.3

result? And I think this is really important to talk about. And so I want to share some of the
