You try and eat as much food as you can because you don't really want to be taking out gels and stuff.

And so any gels or food, it's so hard to take on the course.

You get into this transition area, but people are just stuffing as much food as they can

in, trying to get warm, people are, and if you're trying to, if you eat for too long, you will get hypothermic. If you do anything, really hard, yeah. Do you think it's the toughest race, obstacle race in the world? Poor. Four laps, winter nuts. Well, no, because there's things like Wales toughest mutter, which is 24 hours, and I'm sure that's a lot harder. I think it's harder. I think the survival rate. I, I, well, obviously I've never done it. I can't compare. Look, we can ask John. Of that, of that distance, of that distance, you know, of something around the 20 to 30th kilometer mark. I would say, yeah, probably.
