| 0:00.0 | Hi, welcome to Big Fat Positive with Shana and Laura. On this week's episode, we have our weekly check-ins. |
| 0:07.8 | We have our special segment, our 2024 year-in review, and we wrap it up with our weekly BFPs and BFNs. Let's get started. |
| 0:17.6 | Hello, everybody. Welcome to episode 339. and happy almost new year. Laura, it is almost 2025 and whoa. Whoa. Whoa, indeed. We probably have said this every year, but every year it's another year to be amazed at how quickly the year is gone by. Yeah. Yes, indeed. Although we are checking in on what |
| 0:41.0 | happened a few weeks before the new year. So I would love to know what y'all have been up to this week. |
| 0:47.3 | Yes. So currently, we just got through Thanksgiving week. I'm sure everyone listening is like, |
| 0:52.4 | what? That was five years ago. I don't know what you're |
| 0:55.4 | talking about. And I don't want to dwell too much on the past, but I did want to talk about this |
| 0:59.5 | Thanksgiving week, specifically with Augie, because Augie's school has, what's the generous way to put |

| 1:16.7 | but also the Friday before and the Monday after. What? Whoa. Yes, indeed. My theory is that they were sick of having so many unexcused absences or excused absences |
| 1:31.1 | or private work studies the week of Thanksgiving. So they just decided to do their fall break then. |
| 1:36.8 | And then they put like the teacher in service days on either side of it. So, you know, I'm sure they do it strategically. |
| 1:43.2 | It's probably very smart. Next year, |
| 1:45.3 | when Sebastian's in the same school, hopefully, we can actually like take the week and have a |
| 1:50.0 | week-long vacation. Like, I can see the benefit. But this week, I was like, I got shit to do. |
| 1:56.6 | I got Thanksgiving to prep for. And Sebastian's in school for at least Monday, Tuesday. |
| 2:03.0 | And of course, the Friday before the Monday after, you know, so I'm like, okay, what do we do with Augie at this time? |
| 2:09.0 | Especially because I've been busy, Corey's been busy. |
| 2:11.7 | So we did send him to two days of parkour camp. |
| 2:15.2 | Oh, that sounds fun. |
| 2:16.4 | Was it a full day? |
| 2:17.4 | Unfortunately, no. It is not a full day, |
