1:30.8	or addicted to drugs. They could have a home if they wanted, maybe not own a home at this
1:36.5	moment, but there's plenty of places of shelter where they could live. They choose not to because
1:40.8	they're severely mentally ill and oftentimes addicted to drugs or both. Jordan Nile certainly
1:45.7	fits this profile.
1:47.8	But I don't know the profile of whether he's addicted to drugs, but his behavior would
