Summary
In our last episode before our holiday hiatus, we are discussing The Proposal, by Jasmine Guillory. This was our first foray into romance novels (it gets a little steamy) but we think Jasmine Guillory does a great job (we both want this one to get a movie deal!)
Also in this episode: we both have had friends in town and are entertaining like crazy, Becca got a cool gadget that makes iced coffee and Grace looooves her reading socks.

| 0:33.1 | getting the name wrong and I even put it in the show notes. I put the wedding date. I'm |
| 0:36.6 | such an asshole. The proposal you guys, which is a sequel to the wedding date. Yes, I'm related. |
| 0:41.8 | We loved it just as much as the original. I think I did. Well, we'll talk about it, but we'll talk |
| 0:46.8 | about it. Yes, so we're talking about the proposal, not the wedding date. Let's hope I don't say that |
| 0:51.4 | in our social media this week. Yeah, don't mess it up. Pressure. But before that, I haven't seen you |
| 0:57.2 | since we recorded last week. I know we usually see each other like at least twice a week. Tell me |
| 1:02.2 | what's going on in your life. What's your high? Oh, I have a lot of highs. So the first one is that |
| 1:07.1 | one of my best friends from college visited. She's amazing. I have done a really bad job. I feel like |
| 1:12.9 | you keep in touch so well with all of your college friends. I talk to mine, but most of them have |
| 1:18.6 | two or three kids, so I don't see most of mine. And Erin is also at the same life stages us. She |
| 1:25.7 | is dating somebody, but she's not married or like has any responsibilities. So we like definitely |
| 1:32.2 | committed to see more of each other, which is really nice. Oh, that's fun. What did you do? Um, we |
| 1:38.6 | what did we do? We um the first night she got really late, so we ended up just having a |
| 1:43.1 | chill night at home and ordering a tennis sushi. On Saturday, we went to that fossil pop-up and |
| 1:48.2 | like played in the ball pit and took some Instagram pictures, because I had like an ad with them. |
| 1:53.7 | Um, we walked around Soho, went shopping, we went to Dante and got flatbread and |
| 1:58.4 | Nagronis. We went to Dos Caminos and we went to two comedy shows. Ooh, yeah. So the other |
| 2:05.4 | high is I know that Dos Caminos is kind of trashy, but it's mine and Jackie's favorite place. |
| 2:10.5 | I know it is, and I love it too. And the guac is so good. It's so good. And it was near where |
