scoop. Today we are talking about scalp health. It does not sound sexy. It does not sound glamorous,

but it is so important if you want sexy glamorous hair. All right, you know what can make it sexy and

glamorous scalp massage. Everybody just think about it now. Yeah. Okay. Now we have you. Now we have

you. You're at the bowl. Whoever ends it up shampooing your hair, they have magic fingers. Yeah,

get there. Okay. The reason we're going there is the lovely amazing Bridget Hill. She's the scalp

therapist. She's a lot more than that actually. She was so much fun. Oh my gosh, we had a blast.

We really did. She's a great person. She's a good human. I could have talked to her a whole other

like a couple hours and she's going to be in New York soon. So we're going to hang out with her.

But yeah, she's a stylist and colorist with more than 20 years experience. She's worked at

Bixlons in New York, for example, like Gary and Oscar Blondie Paul LeBreck. She was also the creative

director for the four seasons in Palm Beach, Florida. She's based in Florida right now.

In 2016 she became a certified truckologist and we'll get into what that means because you might

have seen that word around in beauty circles. And she'll talk about her training, what she does

for clients when they're in her chair. And this is the coolest part, what she does for clients who
