1:04.8	You all emailed and tweeted at Bill de Blaseo and Governor Andrew Cuomo, and alongside organizers
1:10.0	all over the city and state, We saw at least a small victory back on March 27th
1:16.4	when Governor Cuomo said he would agree to set forward the release of 1,100 people who were incarcerated for technical violations of parole.
1:26.0	But it's not enough. That's a tiny sliver of the people that need to be released.
1:32.0	The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision released numbers yesterday
1:37.7	saying that hundreds and hundreds of incarcerated and paroled people and employees within the system have tested positive for the coronavirus
1:46.8	And those are just the people who've been tested
1:49.5	So we know the real number is much much higher
1:53.4	Rikers just saw its first coronavirus related death
