Before we begin today's episode of Potos, just a few quick announcements.

First, about a month ago, I guess hosted an episode of Spirit's podcast

with Eric Silver, who is today's guest star and Eric Schneider, the producer and editor of

Spirit's. The entire episode was about NBA Conspiracy theories, which are basically myths.

So if you've ever wanted to hear me talk about basketball at full length rather than just

ranting that basketball is better than footage and they should have played that at Hogwarts instead,

you can go check out that episode of Spirit's podcast.

Second, thanks to everyone who came out and said hello to me at PodCon. You guys are all amazing,

and I loved having conversations about podcasts or Harry Potter or just life in general.

So thank you. Another exciting announcement, we're on Spotify now, which is great, which also

means I will probably slowly migrate us off of SoundCloud because why would you use SoundCloud

instead of Spotify? So you can check us out there, just search for Potter lists.

And finally, it's the holiday season. You might be seeing lots of friends and family. So if there is

someone in your life that is a Harry Potter nut or you think would just really like Potter lists,

why don't you take a few moments just to tell them about it? Word of mouth is easily the best way

to spread news of a podcast because there's so many podcasts out there. So when someone takes the

time to come up to you and say, hey, there's this podcast that I think you specifically would like,

it is so effective. I've heard more and more people say that they started listening to

Potter lists because a friend told them explicitly, hey, there's this podcast you would really like,

and then they did. So if you guys could just take a few minutes out of your holiday season to tell

someone that you think would like the podcast about the podcast, that would be great. And it would be
