Put not your trust in princes in a son of man in whom there is no salvation.

We do not need to lose sleep come November 7th or 8th when it has been decided who the next

president of the United States is. We are allowed to lose sleep as much as God is losing sleep.

And he's not losing sleep. Remember, we've read the last chapter.

We see that God wins.

So we vote.

We put our finances towards those areas if you have a conviction to do so.

But we leave the results in the hands of an omnipotent God

who can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, to whom ever he wants.

He doesn't answer to anyone.

He places kings and queens in authority, and everything is running according to his plan.

So don't worry about tomorrow. Today you are freed up to walk with God hand in hand, to get a job, to quit a job, and get another job, to go

watch a movie, to play a game, to share the gospel with people, knowing that God is in control.

He is on his throne, and he doesn't need your wisdom, your advice, and if he needed to counsel,

you wouldn't know about it.

Confession time. You know, guys, I must feel constantly compelled to confess when I'm around

the three of you, because you remind me of Catholic priests.

Mark, you wanted to be a priest when you're a kid.

Ray, you used to dress up like a priest and do open air.

That's right.

And most Mexicans are Catholic and Oscar's Mexican.
