0:06.2	And you would be wise to get someone into your life, men and women, get someone into your life who will speak into your life without hesitation.
0:16.4	Because guys you think about it, most of us, we are surrounded by people who are trained and
0:21.1	conditioned culturally to be nice.
0:24.6	And socially speaking, who likes to confrontation?
0:27.2	We don't want to say something that's
0:28.2	going to make someone feel bad or alienate them.
0:31.2	But that's why accountability is so wonderful to have people in your life

0:41.8	Hey sister you know the way that you talked and the way you handle that,
0:45.2	the way you ran over that person when they were just sharing an idea and you just

0:51.6	Arrogance, I think at its very heart,

1:00.0	how we're impacting them,
1:01.0	and not just from a negative sense and we're being rude,
1:03.8	their need for the gospel, we don't want to share it with them, what are they going to think of me?
1:08.2	It doesn't think of God and His glory and his splendor and his word,
1:14.8	that's the heart of arrogance.
