And so in order to change the way that others see you,

you first have to learn to see yourself as others see you.

I'm going to introduce you to three very important people in your life.

One of them is your most important employee.

And when you don't recognize your most important employee, you don't do the things necessary to help that employee deliver the very best of which they're capable.

The second is, well, you know, it's unfortunate and it's unhappy, but you're better

of knowing about this person than not knowing.

And the second person I want to introduce you to is the person most responsible, the person more to blame than anybody else for all your failures and mistakes.

You're probably getting a clue where we're going here.

Third person I want to introduce you to is the person

you are most responsible for improving physically, spiritually, educationally, and in terms of

acquisition of skills.

These are three people you really need to know.

Your most valuable and important employee.
