Summary
Pizza, Boating, and the Caribbean… could it get any better? Tara & Sasha spent time in St. Thomas Virgin Islands and then asked each other a simple question, “Do you want to go back?” And they both said no! But in order to stay in the Virgin Islands they needed to create a sustainable way to make a living while also using their experience and talents. After some brain storming and a couple beers (perhaps not in that order)… PIZZA Pi was created.
Today, they’re food boat serves the boating & sailing community anchored in Christmas Cove, Great St. James Island daily from 11am until sunset. Tara shares the process of creating the concept, building the boat and day to day living.
