1:09.8	Let's talk about oil. As of this morning, the national average for a gallon of gasoline is at its highest in history, 417. And that makes today's announcement.
1:20.6	Today I'm announcing the United States is targeting the main artery of Russia's economy. We're banning all imports of Russian oil and gas and energy.
1:29.8	That means Russian oil will no longer be acceptable at U.S. ports and the American people will
1:34.1	deal another powerful blow to Putin's war machine.
1:37.2	Over in Europe, some countries are so dependent on Russian energy, they're not willing to go there,
1:41.9	but the White House is willing to go it along despite these surges we're seeing at the pump. So, Ravi, what is your read on all of this? Well, the highest gas prices that we've had in recent memory were 2008, and we're actually slightly below that in inflation adjusted terms.
