Detroit Lions Podcast Covers The 53 Man Roster Out of the chute we get into the Lions naming their 53 man roster. Of course the signing of Adrian Peterson (with all the AD vs. AP talk we just landed at ADP – he’s money after all, right?). We also cover the practice squad decisions, including the number of quarterbacks being carried on the roster (Case gets a chance to hold that over some folks’ head) while Chris crashes and burns on his Jason Huntley prediction. That one hurt. Oday Aboushi almost added to Chris’s embarrassment, but luckily Bob Quinn decided to bring him back onto the roster saving Chris from a double miss from the last show. Our mini preview of the Lions Bears makes some very important points about just how important this game is to GM Bob Quinn and Coach Matt Patricia. It seems silly that the first game of the year, one in which literally anything is possible, in a Covid year could be make or break, but Chris truly believes that it really is.
