On October 1st, 2019, Officer Andrew Phillips was working the second shift, 2 to 1030 PM, when he was

dispatched to do a welfare check at a house in London Dairy, New Hampshire, a small New England town.

0:16.6

He wasn't exactly sure what he was getting into.

1:20.9

ground. He was kind of trembling.

1:23.0

And there's another subject.

1:25.0

I can only see his legs sticking off behind a cabinet or a dresser that was in the middle of the room.

1:30.0

Did you hear him saying anything when you went inside?

1:33.2

He was mumbling.

1:34.6
