This is something that both June and I, I think have a real heart for.

Obviously, June, you've been serving in a predominantly Korean church for quite a while

So why don't you tell us a little bit about your experience in the Korean church?

Yeah, how long have you been doing this?

I've been serving here at GMI for 15 years.

So a little funny story.

I did not grow up in a Christian family, but I started attending church when I was 10

years old, when I moved to Fullerton, just because it was a Korean thing to do.

And my parents got invited by their Korean friends.

And so I started going to church around that age.

I became actually the first Christian in my family back when I was a junior high student.

And a number of things happened in my junior high school years that really changed me.
