We normally do. But we have to go live. There's an emergency. Brian Kelly, a guy who's

a friend of the show who's been on this podcast, is no longer at note or name, no longer

a friend of the show. No, he's still a friend of the show.

Your immediate reactions when you saw this. I was floored. I mean, I did not expect it quite

obviously. We talked about it. The Lincoln Riley stuff on yesterday's show and at no point

did Brian Kelly cross my mind as being a potential candidate for any of these jobs, even when

I got first reported that they had interest. I'm like, okay, interest does not equate

to actually go into that interest. Yeah, exactly. They had interest in a lot. I have interest

in, you know, hiring billbell check to be my head coach too, but it's not, doesn't mean

it's going to happen. But they did. They rolled up with, you know, $15 million a year, which

I don't care who you are, where you're at in college football. $15 million a year is going

to be difficult to turn down. And so, I mean, especially for an LSU program that has won

three national titles in 20 years, like this is, and you could talk to any recruiting analyst,

any college football analyst in the world, LSU is easier to bring in groom, high, high

star talent than it is at Notre Dame. And that's a fact. Yes. So from everyone's perspective

involved, I honestly don't blame, like I don't blame Brian Kelly at all. And for his sort

of, you know, quote unquote, legacy as a coach, you can leave a much bigger imprint on college

football and LSU, like going toe to toe with Nick Saban there in the SEC. We, you know,

year after year, if you can rise to the top and be the parental contender there in the

SEC West, you, you left a bigger imprint on college football, what the recruiting restrictions
