So yesterday I was coming driving back from the Southern, my Southern layer, which actually

is the name of my house now. It started as a joke for the pocket. Now Tony is painting

the assigned, a release assigned that says Southern layer, which is going to hang on my

house down there, which is funny. But I had to stop by on my way home at Billy's Bacon,

whose my Billy is the guy from Yazoo City, Mississippi, that makes some of the best smoked

bacon in the world. So I had to stop by and buy my 10 pounds of bacon because I got all

my people here, Chad, you know, our nurse practitioner, others who love the bacon. So I feel

like I'm part of a bacon cartel now. I pay for instance.

For instance, if you're just going to have green beans out of the can, not even fresh

ones, but if you get fresh ones, it's better. But you get them out of the can, green beans,

take them, drain the water off of them. What you do is before you put the green beans

in a skillet to warm them up, just take some of that bacon, free of force, slice that

bacon, cut it in pieces by like that, put it over in there, stir it around a little bit,

and about the time it's turning brown, put your beans in, your green beans, and then turn

you fire down a low, put a lid on this, let them steam a little bit with that bacon.
