Marcus Lemonis is a self-made millionaire, serial entrepreneur and the front man of CNBC's popular series, "The Profit". Since an early age Marcus has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and passion. When he was twelve he started his own lawn mowing business to generate enough money to open a candy store. After he graduated college, he started in automotive sales and managerial positions which ultimately led him to get involved in the camping and RV business. Today he is the CEO of Camping World, a company specializing in products and services for RV owners. On "The Profit" Marcus lends his expertise and experience to help struggling businesses get back on their feet. Since the show premiered in 2013, he's invested $50 million of his own money into the businesses featured on the show. 0:19.2	My grandfather actually said to me, this is what prompted really, I think my whole life.
0:24.8	My grandfather had said to me when I got out of college, I had these different ideas and he said to me,
0:29.2	you don't make decisions without clearing them with me.
0:32.0	And I was like, all right.
0:34.0	And then he finished the sentence with and you'll never be anything without me.
0:39.2	I was like, okay, wait, that feels weird to me.
0:42.0	The reason that I did it is because I wanted to prove something to myself.
0:45.2	What I want my legacy to be is that you don't have to be an asshole to be good at business.

0:53.0	And that, by the way, is your rule number one in your 10th grade.

1:00.6	Your rule number one is actually don't be an asshole.
1:02.6	And I've said that to Kevin O'Leary before.
