And from there, it was kind of like operation, figure out who the hell I am, which is the

tagline of the book, actually. And brick by brick by brick.

Figuring out, I think I use this metaphor in the book, actually, of sometimes when things

break, it's an opportunity to put the pieces back to make something different.

So it's not about changing the fundamental parts. It's just about arranging them in a way

Williams, who if you don't know Laura Jane Williams, she is, oh my gosh, get excited because she is so

wonderful. I had the absolute pleasure of getting to meet her last summer when I flew to

London to do the opening keynote at the blog Tacular Conference. And Laura Jane happened to be one

and we ended up getting to have lunch while I was in London and we have kept in touch since then

and she is the kind of person that I can't believe I didn't know before one of those people
