Summary
This week's episode picks up where last week's left off: what happens right after you say a seemingly scary, vulnerable thing out loud.
I'm sharing my experience with that as well as why I'm not where I am in my life regarding money, sex, and freedom. I'm also unpacking those things I tell myself are the reasons and going deeper to discover what's really holding me back!
You'll also hear about why my phone is to blame for much of my lack of time, what I'm doing about it, and my new world-shifting way of dealing with self-doubt. Because that doubt is a dream killer every step of the way.
