I've tried to push happiness and good habits on a lot of people and Elizabeth has been

Gretchen, before we talk to AJ of an update about our try this at home tip of joining or

starting a group, that was in episode 21.

We've heard from a lot of people who have started groups and they're great groups.

We've got one person started a knitting group called the first Wednesday knitting group

that she actually holds at a library, a local library.

She said they have a book club where two of the members ended up getting married.

They met over a Virginia Wolf book.

Someone started a birthday club.

I don't know what that is.
