Summary
I've learned a ton in my nearly 5 years of podcasting, and this week, I'm sharing five of the things I wish I'd known when I started this show back in 2014.
Whether you have a podcast or not, these five learnings are universal. And yay! I'm sharing them here so you don't have to learn them the hard way!
This week, I'm also sharing the absolute best advice I've ever gotten, how it's helped me, and how I got a divine intervention reinforcement of it at a meditation retreat with Lacy Young. It will likely surprise you! (And from what I know about y'all, it's likely something you could stand to hear too!)

| 1:21.4 | 245 episodes ago back in 2014. So it's been almost five full years of podcasting, which is insane. |
| 1:33.3 | Yeah, it's like a thing. And I walked away from that conversation being like, oh, I should |
| 1:39.4 | talk about this more. Also simultaneously, I don't feel quite ready to record that intro for the new series. |
| 1:47.7 | So guess what? It's my podcast. I get to do what feels good to me. So I am going to make a |
| 1:52.7 | slight shift in the schedule. And I'm telling you, though, why are you telling me this, Tiffany? |
| 1:57.9 | You might be wondering. I'm telling you this because, you know, we, |
| 2:03.2 | we get really stuck. It's really, really easy as we go about our lives to get stuck on the |
| 2:10.3 | idea of, well, this is how it's done, or I've committed to this, so this is how things need to be |
