So before we jump in we got a great update on 19 for 2019 how we love hearing about

people's 19 for 2019 and this was a great idea that came from Lauren.

She says my friend and I have decided that our version of the 19 for 2019 is to pick 19 places

we want to get coffee or eat at together. We always want a branch out but usually our decision

fatigue gets the better of us and we pick the same few places. Now we have 19 coffee shops and

restaurants on our list to try this year. Next time we get together we will check another one off

our list. Fantastic idea. This is so fun. It's so creative. I love the idea of doing it with a friend

and she's right about decision fatigue. Decision fatigue is real and a lot of times we don't do

something that we want to do just because we sort of can't face that initial fatigue of just

deciding and then and then if you're dealing with somebody else then you kind of have to negotiate it

and this just simplifies all that and kind of makes it into this fun adventure instead of this
