I'm your host Elizabeth Joy and I'm so excited for today's interview with Holly Coleman.

She is a certified child passenger safety technician, a trained baby wearing educator

and a postpartum doula.

So she's going to be speaking to those topics and has a lot of great information for us.

I know that where I live in the Chicago area, we're entering into a new season.

It's getting cold here.

Starting to have to bundle our children up to leave the house and wearing a warm coat.

The quorum coat is not safe with a car seat.

And that's something that I never knew before.

I mean, I learned it like just from following different accounts on Instagram and stuff,

but if I hadn't been, I wouldn't have known that that was a thing that that could actually

cause them to be ejected from the car seat if you were to get into an accident.

So it's super important to talk about, to talk about car seat safety.

And then of course, I love baby wearing.

I have never done it full time with either of my kids, but on and off and with the second

one, it makes it so much easier to run errands running into grocery stores or whatever I'm

doing.

I always strap on tula, put jovy in the cart and go.

It's just made my life a little bit easier or dinner time of vetoes not home, putting

tula on if she's getting fussy.

It's always around like 4.30 at night when I'm prepping dinner that she's needing some
