0:27.5	talking about revelation chapter four and in this section of the book of
0:32.3	revelation we've completed the message to the seven churches,
0:37.0	and we're going to come into the throne of God.
0:40.0	The vision begins here.
0:41.0	This is where we turn apocalyptic and this is visionary and now we get it into a great message and we're going to start with the main character. So this is an appropriate place to start the vision, Mike. Yeah, so this is an appropriate place to start the vision might yeah so this door
0:55.1	that's opened it the word in the Greek is a double door it's a grand door this isn't
1:00.2	just a regular door but it's a double door of a mansion coming into the place
1:05.7	where God is and so this whole chapter is John being introduced into the throne room
1:11.9	the heavenly throne room and the first thing he's going to notice
1:14.7	is the council, the council of these divine beings, and there's some interesting characters
1:20.8	in this text. It's only 11 verses, but it's loaded, isn't it, Bryce?
1:25.0	You've got four beasts and 24 elders and lightning and thunder and crystal, and to me,
1:31.0	I really would suggest, especially if you're going to teach this, I would suggest that you read
1:36.2	Ezekiel chapter one because in Ezekiel chapter one, Ezekiel who is a priest is brought into the presence of God and he sees some similar things.
1:46.4	In fact, a lot of the stuff in Ezekiel 1 is in Revelation 4.
