And so I figured out a way to make sure that I could function and run on sleep.

But I'll never forget, I hosted an event not that long ago.

this whole business. And I had come in contact with several moms that were like, oh yeah,

I clean it, you know, one, two o'clock in the morning. I take care of all the things after my kids

have gone to bed because I can't do any of it with them. And I just remember all of these

women feeling like it was cute to be addicted to coffee and they wore all the cute I'm addicted

to coffee shirts. And it was like this mantra and this badge that they carried around. And it really

set me on fire to teach everyone that I know that you really can get sleep. So many people think that this home systems stuff that I

teach is just because that's the way that my brain works. But it's actually so much more than that.

It's because I want you to be healthy. I want you to be whole and I want you to be happy.
