And I'm able to record this podcast. It's so great. Not necessarily because I did such a good job with my work, although I was very productive today.

And that was really awesome. But because my husband came home early, I didn't even realize that was going to happen.

And so, you know, really want to come down to it. It's pretty easy to lose weight. We all know how to lose weight for short period of time and gain it back. Like that is not a mystery.

We know how to do that. But we are so frustrated with the constant regaining, right? The yo-yo wing or like losing a little bit, getting a little traction, then gaining it back. And then some like, you know, when people talk about diets don't work, well, to a certain extent, yeah, they're right. They don't because they're missing really important information.

They're not teaching us some really crucial important knowledge information that we need to understand and then apply it on live so that we can actually solve the problem rather than discover it up.
