Summary

Talking about the assassination of Qassem Soleimani in Baghdad this week with Jeff Kirkham. Jeff served in U.S. Special Forces and then became a DEA agent. After 9/11 the U.S. government was very interested in recruiting people with a very specific background in Special Operations and human intelligence collection for a counter-terrorism program. With his background as a Green Beret and a DEA agent, Jeff was exactly the type of guy they were looking for.
