Jazzar, have you emerged from your news hibernation feeling relaxed and restored and balanced.

You know what? Not engaging with the news for the last couple of weeks because everyone,

Donald Trump got elected. I don't know if you saw that. And I live in the country that he's

been elected to.

And I might not be an immigrant without papers or an immigrant of colour,

but I am still an immigrant, and it's very likely that I'm going to get sucked up in all of the shit.

So I decided to just not do watch anything algorithmic.

And so I've just been basically watching Netflix and playing video games for the last two weeks as recreation rather than scrolling through Instagram.

And it has greatly improved my mental health.

And then I only started reading politics again two days ago, specifically for this podcast.
